For a long time at our meditation centre, one of our biggest challenges has been coordination — not only with the workers and their responsibilities, but also with the meditations themselves. Creating schedules, organizing posts, deciding who leads which meditation, and finding replacements in cases of emergency has often been complicated and stressful.

We have always found ways to manage, but never in a way that felt truly simple, connected, and supportive for everyone involved. Most existing tools are designed mainly for communication or productivity, but not really for the living reality of a meditation community, where flexibility, presence, responsibility, and human connection all need to work together.

What we are hoping for is not just another scheduling system, but an assistant that helps the whole space function more harmoniously. A tool that can support worker schedules, meditation leadership rotations, emergency replacements, availability tracking, announcements, and shared responsibilities — all in a way that remains easy, clear, and non-intrusive.

More than anything, we hope it will help everyone stay connected: connected to the place, to their responsibilities, and to each other. If coordination becomes smoother and simpler, then less energy is lost in confusion and stress, and more energy can remain available for meditation, creativity, and the creation of this beautiful space that is Osho Afroz.
