Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using the Nudge platform, including our website, web app and mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this AUP. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

1. Permitted use

You may use Nudge to:

• Manage and distribute tasks fairly within a shared space
• Invite and collaborate with members of your household, team or organisation
• View analytics, track contributions and set up recurring task schedules
• Integrate with supported third-party tools where such functionality is provided

All use must comply with applicable laws, these terms, and our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited conduct

You must not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation or third-party rights (including privacy, intellectual property or data protection laws)
• Harass, abuse, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other users or Nudgeworks staff
• Upload, transmit or distribute malware, viruses or any code designed to harm systems or data
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or connected systems
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service using automated means without our written permission
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialise access to the Service without our prior written consent
• Use the Service in a way that degrades performance or disrupts other users' experience
• Post or share spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content

3. Content

You are responsible for all content you submit, upload or share through the Service ("Your Content"). You represent and warrant that Your Content does not violate any law or third-party rights. We do not monitor Your Content but reserve the right to remove it and suspend or terminate your account if it violates this AUP.

4. Fair use of resources

To ensure a good experience for all users, we may impose reasonable limits on storage, API calls, or other resource usage. Abuse of resources — including automated bulk operations — may result in rate limiting or account suspension.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate violations of this AUP. Confirmed violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account, removal of content, and (where required by law) reporting to relevant authorities.

6. Reporting violations

If you become aware of any use of the Service that violates this AUP, please report it to us at trust@nudgeworks.app.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
